Employment Opportunities

This position works collaboratively with other staff to plan and implement team building programs ensure that all participants using the challenge course and zip tour elements have a safe and rewarding experience. Northwest TeamBuilding engages with schools, non-profits, corporations, and community-based organizations to design and implement transformative single/multi day challenge course experiences on site at the Bellevue challenge course, and other locations within Washington state. Activities include icebreakers, teambuilding activities, low challenge course elements, high challenge course elements, portable challenge programs, zip lining and debriefing/reflection.
