In our industry it is difficult to keep camp staff or course staff employed through the slower season. This makes it difficult to accept important programs in the slow season that can bring in necessary revenue.
Many site operators are responsible for many different aspects of their site. Some times it is easier to pass off their programming needs to our qualified staff rather than scrambling to do it themselves.
Not all courses are able to get staff who have the necessary qualifications to operate their course. Or their experienced staff move on and get full time positions elsewhere.

We offer both educational and recreational programs for groups to come out and participate in. Our educational programs are typically initiative-oriented activities wherein team goals are incorporated. Recreational programs are great for fun and team-bonding and have less of a focus on structured outcomes.
Below is a list of both educational and recreational programs we offer. If you are able to give us some more insight into what specific goals you are hoping to get out of the experience, we can help describe in more detail how the various programs may best suit your group's needs.
Educational Programs:
Low Challenge Course: Our low course offers team building activities low to the ground that include group problem solving, communication, leadership development and working towards any goals the group may have. The program is catered to meet the specific goals and needs of the group. This is typically a 2–4-hour program.
Vertical Playpen: This is a team climb up a vertical obstacle course that allows 3 people to climb at once & work together to reach the top. While they are climbing, everyone else is managing their climbing ropes and staying involved. This element can be utilized as a fun recreational activity or designed to enhance team building through support, encouragement, and goal setting. The vertical playpen can be paired with the low course for no extra charge & we recommend this for a complete team building experience. This element typically takes 1-2 hours. Groups typically need 3-6 hours to do both the low course and the vertical playpen.
High Challenge Course: Our high course consists of various platforms connected by bridges, zip lines, nets, ropes, and other obstacles that participants traverse while suspended 25-45 feet in the air. Our high course is large enough to accommodate groups of up to 20 people at a time. Participants are able to choose their own challenges and use their group for support. This element is helpful for groups looking to encourage communication, support, facing fear, goal setting, and team bonding. This element typically takes 2-4 hours. Groups can include the low challenge course which we recommend for a complete group experience. Most groups need 4-6 hours to do both.
Portable Program: Let us come to you! We can travel to a location of your choice with mobile team building activities & staff. This closely emulates our low-course programming that we offer in Bellevue where we focus on team building and design a program to meet the needs of your group.
Recreational Programs:
Zip Tour: The zip tour is 6.5 spans long and reaches heights of 80 feet. The max on one zip tour is 8 people and the tour typically lasts between 2-3 hours. It is a fun recreational experience and is great for a group morale event. The guides manage all safety aspects of the tour & it is more accessible than our other climbing options.
Aerial Adventure Play Days: Aerial Adventure Play Days are a fun recreational experience on our High Challenge Course. The max group size for Aerial Adventure Play Days is 12 people and the play day typically lasts 2.5 hours including gear up, instruction, and lowering. This program does not include any explicit experiential learning outcomes.
